Delivery Needs

We do our utmost to meet our customers' delivery requirements; however, we cannot always guarantee specific delivery times, especially during peak holidays. If you need a delivery at a particular time, please include your request in the Special Delivery Instructions during checkout. We recommend placing orders well in advance of major holidays to ensure timely delivery.

Taxes and Currency: All prices are in Canadian funds unless stated otherwise, with taxes based on prevailing rates at our store location.

Funeral Arrangements

Funeral arrangements often require additional lead time. For sympathy or funeral orders needing delivery at a specific time, please notify us several days in advance to ensure we can meet your requirements. Note that Sunday deliveries may be limited.

Delivery to Hospitals

We are skilled in delivering to hospitals. Please provide the hospital name, phone number, recipient's name, and room or ward number when placing your order. We will adhere to the facility's procedures, as florists typically cannot deliver directly to individual rooms. ICU patients may not receive flowers, so please check with the hospital first.

Substitution Policy

Fresh Flowers

We aim to deliver your sentiments as fresh and beautiful as possible. Due to the seasonal and regional availability of flowers, substitutions of equal or greater value may be necessary. We strive to maintain the arrangement's "look and feel," focusing on shape, size, style, and color. In single-variety arrangements, the specific type of flower takes precedence over color.

Plants

For green and blooming plants, substitutions of similar value may occur. Unique plants, like orchids, will be matched by type as much as possible, though color substitutions may happen. Containers will be closely matched.

Special Occasions

For crucial occasions like funerals, birthdays, and anniversaries, substitutions may be made to ensure delivery if requested flowers are unavailable, and we cannot reach you.

Delivery Policy

If No One is Home

If the recipient is unavailable, the delivery person may leave the gift with a neighbor or in a safe spot, or leave a message for the recipient to arrange delivery.

Recipient Contact

We may contact the recipient to ensure availability for delivery acceptance.

Request to Leave Item at Door

Customers assume liability for requests to leave arrangements unattended. We discourage instructions for delivery to areas where the recipient cannot personally accept the arrangement. We are not responsible for missing or faulty products due to these requests.

Cancellations & Replacements

Orders may be canceled under certain circumstances. If your gift is already arranged, in transit, or delivered, cancellation is not possible. For inquiries, please call 905-681-1112. We do not accept cancellations via email or direct message.
